Universal Analytics & Graph-Backed Anomaly Intelligence

/api-gateway connects to any arbitrary and retrieves live data; /-code-interpreter runs statistical anomaly detection and feature engineering on the returned data; /neo4j-cypher stores entity relationships and historical patterns as a graph so the can detect anomalies that only appear in cross-entity graph context (e.g. a supplier that is anomalous only when viewed relative to its peer cluster). This extends the already-known idea #190 by adding graph-backed cross-entity reasoning.
