openweather provides forecast data; sqlite holds transactional sales and inventory records; -code-interpreter runs statistical correlation and anomaly detection (e.g. regression, z-score) in Python to quantify weather-sales relationships and flag unusual deviations. Together they produce a defensible, numerically validated reorder recommendation that a spreadsheet analyst would take days to produce.
